Oh how I love a good planner. Sure, I use my phone and have plenty of apps to help keep me on track, but I am still partial to a simple hard copy hold in my hand use fun-colored pens planner page for certain day-to-day activities. For instance, family meal tracking. We’re a busy family with two kids in activities (like most people reading this) and if I don’t plan our meals ahead of time, we’ll be eating cereal and sandwiches most nights. I enjoy cooking – maybe not the grocery shopping as much, but I am a Pinterest recipe fanatic and I love trying new recipes. So, I plan out my meals and my grocery list, and an easy-to-use printed planner sheet is the most convenient way for me to do this. And P.S...I print double sided to save paper as much as possible.

My latest obsession is my pretty rose colored fitness tracking sheets. I’m determined to lose my winter “8” and alongside my calorie tracking app and my Garmin watch to track calories burned when I workout, I use the Exercise & Fitness Tracker to plan a reasonable workout schedule around work, kids and everything else. And I am obsessed with the weekly food journal to plan out my breakfasts and lunches in advance. As for dinner, I plan what my family likes and just watch my portions. By planning my daytime meals in advance, the ingredients I will need go right onto my grocery list, and on prep day, it saves time when I’m in the middle of the “crazy”.
So if you’re like me, and a good old fashioned hard copy planning/tracking sheet keeps you honest, then by all means check out the options in my shop.
